Marleen joined the firm in January 2002
and was admitted as an Attorney,
Conveyancer and Notary in February 2004,
and was appointed as director in March 2009.
She specializes in all types of Conveyancing work,
including Bond and Bond Cancellation Registrations, Transfers,
Township and Sectional Title Development, Correspondent
Conveyancing, drafting of wills and contracts, as well as Notarial
work such as the Registration of Mining and Prospecting Rights,
Servitudes, Cessions, Lease agreements and
Antenuptial Contracts at SJ&A.
