Jonathan joined S J & A in July 2008
as a director where he now heads the
corporate services component of the
firm's Commercial Department.

He specialises in all aspects of Commercial and Corporate law,
in particular Corporate Advisory Services, Commercial Litigation,
Liquidations, Aviation law, Mergers and Acquisitions.

Jonathan also lectures candidate attorneys and
attorneys on behalf of the Law Society.
